It is designed on the basis of <strong>femtosecond laser beams<\/strong> and\u00a0enables:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>the shaping of treated glass, with a thickness up to 30\u00a0\u00b5m for all 2D shapes; and<\/li>\n<li>selective removal of thin layers on the glass substrate, with a thickness between 0.1 and 20\u00a0\u00b5m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>HEF also offers\u00a0<strong>MOAP<span class=\"TextRun SCXW253262497 BCX0\" lang=\"FR-FR\" xml:lang=\"FR-FR\" data-contrast=\"none\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW253262497 BCX0\">\u2122<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 surface treatment specifically for glassware parts <\/strong>\u00a0primarily for\u00a0<strong>gob transfer<\/strong>, which enables optimal shaping.\u00a0MOAP<span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2122<\/span> is a slide coating\u00a0<strong>based on graphite with a metallic binding agent<\/strong>, designed for\u00a0<strong>high-temperature applications<\/strong>. It significantly improves the slide of the gob with perfect temporal regularity and provides excellent wear resistance. Thanks to this treatment,<strong> tools can be used repetitively<\/strong>, with a <strong>treatment service life extending from 3 to 6 months minimum<\/strong>\u00a0depending on the production rate.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Finally, in its range of coatings using PVD\/PECVD technology, HEF offers its\u00a0<strong>CERTESS\u00ae OPTAL<\/strong> surface treatment. OPTAL stacks are a <strong>product range of thin layers used for optical coatings<\/strong>, such as reflectors and anti-reflective and anti-scratch solutions. These stacks are characterized by\u00a0<strong>a great diversity of materials that can be used in deposition processes<\/strong>, particularly chrome, aluminum, gold, and specific alloys. They guarantee a very\u00a0<strong>high purity of the coatings<\/strong>, <strong>control of the thicknesses and the conditions of the surface<\/strong>, as well as<strong> resistance to aggressive
