This acquisition is highly strategic for the HEF. <strong>TELIC possesses advanced technical skills, including etching and metal deposition,<\/strong> which complement those already present in the Division in the United States.<br \/>\nTELIC will allow HEF, by adding these technological components to its service offerings in the United States, to position itself as an <strong>essential partner in the field of Photonics.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This acquisition marks a significant turning point in our establishment within the North American landscape, further strengthening our presence in the United States.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe integration of TELIC into the HEF PHOTONICS division in North America, which already includes <strong>Abrisa and ZC&amp;R<\/strong> (ABRISA TECHNOLOGIES, a subsidiary of the HEF Group since 2021), is a real asset in our desire to offer the <strong>defense<\/strong>, <strong>security<\/strong>, and <strong>aerospace <\/strong>markets an integrated solution that includes glass shaping, treatment, and etching. This is a value proposition that is unique in North America and identical to the one offered in France and allows us to deliver complex products incorporating multiple functions.
