HEF promises to cut in half the current costs of producing the stacks by replacing the previously used high-grade (noble) materials used for coating with materials that are not as rare and that can be recycled. HEF provides a solution that is both economical and eco-friendly.<\/p>\n<p>HEF is also supported by the city of Saint-Etienne in the heart of the Cit\u00e9 Berthiez area. The underlying objective is to re-industrialize France, and position France as a strong and independent player on the global stage. HEF was selected as the overall winner of the call for projects in the category, \u201cSupport for investment projects to produce tomorrow\u2019s road vehicles and their components in France\u201d, thanks to its Verthypac project, and was awarded assistance in the amount of \u20ac7
