For over 40 years, HEF and Caterpillar have enjoyed a solid partnership based on close collaboration and mutual trust. This cooperation began with a tribological study carried out by HEF for Caterpillar, marking the start of a collaboration that has evolved to include cutting-edge technological developments.
Throughout this collaboration, HEF has continued to evolve its product range to meet the growing needs of machines developed by Caterpillar, such as :
– Increased service life.
– Improved load capacity.
– Longer greasing intervals
The partnership is based on the supply of our patented technologies: PEL tm, PEL BH, PEL BHR, PEL BH3, Tesco and also the supply of hardened steel bushes made to Caterpillar specifications.
This year HEF is proud to be one of Caterpillar’s top suppliers. Among other things, this distinction is evidenced by a delivery performance of over 95% and a number of rejected parts delivered of less than 300PPM.
This distinction testifies to the quality of our partnership, which has grown stronger over time thanks to a shared commitment to innovation and excellence.
