Surface treatment for civilian firearms

Our liquid nitriding treatments (TENIFER®, QPQ®, SURSULF® and ARCOR®) are the treatments of choice. Offering exceptional resistance to wear and corrosion, they minimize jamming and provide an aesthetic black finish.  

These nitriding treatments are well respected for applications such as gun barrels and loaders. 

 

Our surface treatment for firearms developed with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) technology as well as our DLC carbon-based treatment offer advanced performance. Our Certess™ line of coatings increases durability and reduces friction. 

 

REM micromachining, manganese phosphating, and nickel chemical deposition are also available to meet your specific needs.
