HEF develops solutions designed especially for agricultural machinery, focused on optimizing performance and extending the service life of equipment subjected to extreme conditions. 

  

Our maintenance-free agricultural machinery friction components are specially adapted to abrasive environments and offer exceptional abrasion resistance and wear resistance, even under heavy load. They also offer properties that prevent seizing and can be completely customized to meet more specific requirements. 

  

The PEL® steel friction components for high loads are characterized by their high load resistance, extended lubrication intervals, and their protection against abrasion, seizing, and impact. In addition, they offer resistance to high temperatures and corrosion and are maintenance-free.  

The composite H-LINER ® range of maintenance-free friction components,, offers resistance to medium and high load, low coefficients of friction, a low wear rate, machinability, reduced weight, minimal water absorption, and abrasion resistance. These components are primarily used on seeders, ploughs, stubble cultivators, harrows, harvesters, etc.  

 

Our CLIN™ treatments are applied on various agricultural machinery components to extend the service life and ensure proper operation of these components. Whether on hydraulic valve components or on hinge pins, CLIN™ technologies significantly increase protection against .
